We are a one-stop shop for quality modern furniture store. We have a selection of new living room, dining room, and bedroom items as well as pre-owned couches and sectionals. This is to save clients thousands off of the most expensive item and still keep the quality. We professionally clean each piece before sale. We offer pickup and delivery options to nearby areas in Chicago. All of our items are on display in our showroom at 3952 W George St and pre-owned couches at 4201 W Schubert Ave.

How do I prepare for delivery?

Please make sure to check messages for ETA updates to be ready once we arrive. If you have opted for our installation service, please have all doorways and entrances clear.  Also, make sure you have measured the path our team will have to navigate to ensure the furniture fits through.   If your building requires freight elevator reservations, please arrange this ahead of time.

What are payment options?

We offer debit and credit card payments.

Can I see the furniture before buying?

For sure! We welcome customers to visit our showroom at 3952 W George Street. Business hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 3-8pm and Friday through Sunday 10am-7pm.

How quickly will my item be delivered?

Most of our pre-owned couches can be delivered same or next day. Our new furniture delivery is about 1-2 weeks.

Can I pickup the furniture myself?

You are welcome to pick up your purchase from our warehouse.  We suggest U-Haul or Home Depot rentals in the event you need a larger vehicle.

What if the item does not fit through my door?

We offer exchanges for an item of the same value. However, we ask that you check measurements before delivery to value your time and ours. 

Should I tip delivery workers?

You are not required to provide a tip.  However, feel free to offer a modest amount, if you feel the provided service is exceptional. Our team members will appreciate it!

What kind of furniture do you accept?

We accept high quality couches, couch sets, and sectionals. To maintain quality, we are unable to take couches that are severely stained, ripped, or structurally broken. We cannot accept pieces with coffee, wine, glitter, paint, or any other hard to remove substance. Please notify us in the sellers form if you have already tried to remove the stain yourself.

How do I get paid?

We offer the option of instant Cash at pickup, consignment, or trade-in discount. We use Zelle for both payment upon pick-up and consignment arrangements. Trade-in discount will be available with a custom dicount code

How does consignment work?

Consignment is a great option to quickly get a furniture piece removed and receive the best price for it. We will pickup the item, clean it, post it, display it at our showroom, and then deliver to the buyer. Once it sells we will send your payout based on its selling price.

What are consigment payout shares?

(Item selling price=Percentage received) Ex.:Item sells for $1200, you receive $540
Under $99=10% $100 to $249=15% $250 to $499=25% $500 to $999= 35% $1000 to $1,999= 45% $2,000 to $2,999=55% $3,000+=60%

When will my items be picked up?

In the seller’s form, please choose your desired pickup date. After submission, we will contact you to confirm date and time zone. We strive to make timing asap and convenient for you.

How to prepare for my pickup appointment?

Please make sure to reserve your freight elevator and loading dock if needed. Move aside other furniture/items and wall decor to allow the movers to efficiently carry out the items. Check your text messages for ETA updates.

What items are not accepted?

We do not pickup items that need to be structurally disassembled. We do not pickup items that do not match the description as mentioned in the seller’s form. If there is damage that is not mentioned in the seller’s form, we may deduct money from the payout or not be able to pickup if severe damage. We recommend to donate items that are not couches to charity.

Should I tip my pickup workers?
