Refund Policy

All sales are final. We suggest measuring the space where the couch will be placed as well as making sure the couch will be able to fit in through elevators, stairways, and hallways. If an item is damaged during delivery or installation by our movers, we will cover the repair costs. If an item is not able to be installed because it is too big, we can can send out our upholstery professional who can disassemble the couch and reassemble it once inside for $150.
