Shipping Info
We use our own delivery team and trucks to ensure a smooth and professional experience. When we deliver, we bring your furniture all the way inside, assemble everything (including attaching legs, connecting sectional pieces, and setting up items), and place it exactly where you want it.
After placing your order, a delivery availability form will pop up on the confirmation page. There you will fill out your general delivery availability (weekdays or weekends), and we'll reach out to set up exact timing.

Sofa Removal
We offer sofa haul-away service exclusively for customers purchasing a new sofa or sectional from us. The cost is $35 per seat cushion. Please call (312) 252-9870 to pay for haul-away.
Our delivery team will remove your old sofa at the time your new one is delivered. This service is available within our local delivery area and must be scheduled in advance.
Refund Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied when your order arrives, no worries—you can exchange for a different sofa before signing off on delivery.
