Refund Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied when your order arrives, no worries—you’ll have the opportunity to request an exchange before signing off on the delivery. A redelivery fee will apply, equal to the original delivery charge. We're happy to help you find the perfect fit! We suggest measuring the space where the sofa will be placed as well as making sure the couch will be able to fit in through elevators, stairways, and hallways. If an item is damaged during delivery or installation by our movers, we will cover the repair costs. If an item is not able to be installed because it is too big, we can either send out our upholstery professional who can disassemble the sofa and reassemble it once inside for $150 or exchange for a different sofa.
