We are located at 3952 W George Street (entrance is on George St) and our showroom is open from 4-8pm on Monday through Thursday and 12-7:30pm Friday through Sunday

All of our pieces are thoroughly inspected upon pickup for damage, stains, and overall quality. First, we deep clean the couch with upholstery shampoo. Then, we steam clean and sanitize to guarantee our couches are safe and satisfactory for their new owners.

We are a pre owned living room furniture store. We professionally clean each piece before sale. We offer pickup and delivery options to nearby areas in Chicago. All of our items are on display in our showroom at 3952 W George St.

We will soon offer a full apartment design or makeover option. We will be a multi-vendor store carrying local Chicago artists for living room decor, art, etc. This will be a one of a kind experience to be able to quickly design your spectacular space and have it delivered fast.

Buy With Comfy Living

We offer refunds if an item is damaged during Comfy Living Chicago delivery and installation.  Otherwise, we advise all customers visit our showroom prior to purchase to guarantee they will love their furniture as much as we do.

We offer free curbside delivery within 5 miles of Lakeview. This service will bring your furniture to your property, but our drivers will not bring the piece inside for you. Installation into your new home can be arranged if needed, though the price of installation depends on size and weight of the furniture and type of building you live in.

If you have opted for our installation service, or are having furniture removed from your home, please have all doorways and entrances clear.  Also, make sure you have measured the path our team will have to navigate to ensure the furniture fits through.   If your building requires freight elevator reservations, please arrange this ahead of time.

We accept credit and debit for all purchases.

We welcome customers to visit our showroom at 3952 W George Street.  Business hours are Monday through Thursday from 12-8pm.

Comfy Living guarantees delivery within a week.

You are welcome to pick up your purchase from our warehouse.  We suggest U-Haul or Home Depot rentals in the event you need a larger vehicle.

We offer exchanges for an item of the same value. However, we ask that you check measurements before delivery to value your time and ours. 

We kindly ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery so that we can arrange for another date.

You are not required to provide a tip.  However, feel free to offer a modest amount, if you feel the provided service is exceptional. Our team members will appreciate it!

Sell With Comfy Living

We offer the option of instant Cash at pickup, consignment, or trade-in discount. We use Zelle for both payment upon pick-up and consignment arrangements. Trade-in discount will be available with a custom dicount code

We will consider any style of couch or sofa provided they meet our criteria.  To maintain quality, we are unable to take couches that are severely stained, ripped, or structurally broken. We cannot accept pieces with coffee, wine, glitter, paint, or any other hard to remove substance. Please notify us in the sellers form if you have already tried to remove the stain yourself.

Consignment is a great option to quickly get a furniture piece removed and receive the best price for it. We will pickup the item, clean it, post it, display it at our showroom, and then deliver to the buyer. Once it sells we will send your payout based on its selling price.

In the seller’s form, please choose your desired pickup date. After submission, we will contact you to confirm date and time zone.

Please make sure to reserve your freight elevator and loading dock if needed. Move aside other furniture/items and wall decor to allow the movers to efficiently carry out the items.

We do not pickup items that need to be structurally disassembled. We do not pickup items that do not match the description as mentioned in the seller’s form. If there is damage that is not mentioned in the seller’s form, we may deduct money from the payout or not be able to pickup if severe damage.
